Before you use Gala Groove

Gala Groove is a fundraising tool, not a music service. Guests make a donation to your nominated charity; updating the playlist is a complimentary thank-you provided at no charge.
Donations are final and non-refundable, and are processed whether or not a requested song is played.
Unless the charity connects its own Stripe account, Gala Groove collects donations on the charity's behalf as its authorised collection agent and pays them out after the event. You must be authorised by the charity to allow that.
Gala Groove does not license, sell, stream, or publicly perform music. You and your venue are solely responsible for holding valid public performance rights for every song played.
